it's no secret, i'm a Goonies fanatic. i love all things Goonie, some even say obsessed . during a random internet surf i came across some pretty kool things worth sharing with you , so here we go !

i'm so bummed that i didn't know about these when they came out. as far as i can  tell Puma made just 500 pairs and they were released late 2003

Dim Sum

Who doesn't love Dim Sum ? Dim Sum has been a Sunday tradition in my family for generations, but now that I've discovered Empress Seafood Restaurant in Denver I can satisfy my cosmic cravings for Dim Sum any day any time ... . well almost. Unlike more conventional Dim Sum restaurants that only offer it Sunday until 2 - 3 P.M. , Empress serves Dim Sum all day ,until close !



I would have to say the ever so delicate Har Gow is still my favorite , and usually eat 2 or 3 orders !










On a recent Dim Sum outing we tried Sesame Balls . A new dish to add to the repertoire , sweet and creamy on the inside with a flaky sesame outside !




When I'm not gorging myself on Har Gow I'm ordering up some Deep Fried Shrimp Balls .



And for those times I just can't make it out for Dim Sum at least I have CP Seafood's frozen Shrimp Wonton Soup and Shrimp Patties.



The wontons in the soup taste a lot like Har Gow .




and the patties taste similar to Deep fried Shrimp Balls .
